These can be customized to fit the needs of the situation, but generally include: -a business case (reason for running the business the way you are, backed by research) -a competitive market overview (who your competition is and how they are solving this problem) -a value chain analysis (how your company if performing the service or producing the product) -an overall SWOT analysis (what your company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and treats are) -an executive summary (sums up what your company is doing, and what you will plan on accomplishing moving forward) Because this report has different analyses required, it will be just an overview of those analyses. More indepth analysis of business case, competitive, value chain, and swot can be performed leading up to or after the Business Plan based on client's request. This information will be presented to the client as a powerpoint with q and a, and then sent over to client as an integrated report in professional business style. This generally takes 5 hrs of research/preparation, and 1 hr to present.
