Service Description

I will perform PMP standard level of your project for you. There are a few options here. 1) I will look over your current plan, give you advice on how it flows and any tools I know of that may help it be successful. Then I will put the pieces together for your team in an easy to follow format where you will simply need to hand out assignments. ($150) 2) I will listen to your project details, create a plan for you, and put together an easy to follow plan for your team to follow. ($250) 3) I will listen to your project details, and run your project for you. I can use your staff or my own and follow the plan through to completion. ($350) This session cost covers the initiation, planning, execution, monitor & control, and closure of your project.
